Accessing or using RentNow in any way means you accept these terms in full. If you do not agree, please stop using the service immediately.
2. Nature of the service
RentNow is a platform for finding and posting rental listings only. We act as an intermediary between renters and property owners and are not a party to any rental contract. Negotiation and lease agreements happen directly between the parties.
3. Listings
- Listers are responsible for the accuracy, completeness, and currency of every listing.
- False, exaggerated, or misleading listings are not allowed.
- Unnecessary duplicate listings are not allowed.
- RentNow may remove or suspend listings that are inaccurate or fail team review, without prior notice.
4. User accounts
- You must provide accurate information when registering.
- You are responsible for keeping your password confidential and for all activity on your account.
- RentNow may suspend accounts that violate these terms.
5. Prohibited use
You agree not to:
- Use the service for unlawful purposes
- Scrape or harvest platform data without permission
- Send spam or harassing content to other users
- Impersonate others or falsify listing information
6. Limitation of liability
RentNow is not liable for damage arising from:
- Inaccurate information in owner-posted listings
- Negotiations or contracts between renters and owners
- Temporary service interruptions due to maintenance or force majeure
7. Intellectual property
All content, logos, design, and software on RentNow belong to RentNow or its licensors. Unauthorized use is prohibited.
8. Changes to these terms
RentNow may update these terms at any time. Material changes will be announced on the website. Continued use means you accept the updated terms.
9. Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of Thailand. Disputes fall under the jurisdiction of Thai courts.
